Europe reined in

News Image (Teleborsa) - Just like the other major markets in Europe, the Milan stock exchange is going nowhere.

EUR / USD is essentially stable at previous levels, finishing at 1.084. Gold trades slightly up at 2,381.1 dollars per ounce. Oil prices see no significant change, with the Light Sweet Crude Oil settling at 82.48 dollars per barrel, near the previous session's level.

The Spread is at +135 basis points, near the previous day's level, while the ten-year BTP settles at +3.87%.

Among the major European bourses, it's a stalemate for Frankfurt, which is trading around the flatline, lacklustre London registers almost no change against the previous trading session, and Paris lacks momentum, trading with a +0.12% change.

The Milanese stock exchange sees no significant change with the FTSE MIB settling at 34,244 points, near the previous session's levels; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share (Milan) hovers around previous levels, trading at 36,470 points.

The FTSE Italia Mid Cap holds previous levels (-0.08%), as the FTSE Italia Star trades sideways (-0.2%).

Among Italy's best performing large-caps, Campari looks composed with modest growth of +0.95%.

Moncler performs modestly, showing a moderate +0.74% rise.

Resilient Brunello Cucinelli registers a small increase of 0.66%.

Telecom Italia advances +0.51%.

DiaSorin has the worst performance, with a -1.09% down.

Banca Popolare Sondrio drifts -0.78% lower.

Tenaris totters along with a modest -0.73% decline.

A sluggish day for Hera, which drops -0.66%.

MFE B (+7.90%), MFE A (+1.64%), Fincantieri (+0.60%) and Moltiply Group (+0.54%) top the ranks of Milan's mid-caps.

Lottomatica has the worst performance, with a -1.59% down.

Ariston Holding trades with a small loss of -1.36%.

Tottering Banca Ifis dips -0.94%.

Maire is definitely weaker with a -0.88% decrease.
