Dramatic losses in Milan

News Image (Teleborsa) - A dramatic session at the Borsa Italiana, which trades with heavy losses. The other European bourses are sharply down.

EUR / USD broadly maintains the previous session's levels, with a change of only -0.04%. Gold is in reverse gear, sliding to 2,374.1 dollars per ounce. Caution prevails in the oil market, with Light Sweet Crude Oil registering a slight decline of -0.53%.

The Spread flatlines, remaining at +137 basis points, while the Italian ten-year BTP is at +3.79%.

Among the markets of the Old Continent, Frankfurt plunges -1.04%, London totters along with a modest -0.69% decline, and Paris declines by a notable -1.39%.

Investors rush to sell in Milan as the stock exchange takes a plunge of -1.8%; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share is firmly in the red as it retreats -1.72% to trade at 36,062 points.

The FTSE Italia Mid Cap is in the red (-1.16%); similarly, the FTSE Italia Star is badly hit (-1.52%).

Saipem (+1.13%), ERG (+0.83%), Italgas (+0.69%) and DiaSorin (+0.63%) top the ranks of Milan's large-caps.

Stmicroelectronics has the worst performance, with a -10.42% down.

Stellantis drops like a stone, recording a -8.07 percent decline.

A dramatic session for Interpump Group, which suffers a -4.77% collapse.

Prysmian is struggling, -3.44% down.

All stocks in the FTSE Italia Mid Cap are deeply in the red.

Webuild has the worst performance, with a -3.43% down.

Danieli & C suffers losses of 3.01%.

Investors hurry to sell as Technoprobe declines -2.9%.

The Italian Sea Group plunges -2.68% on intense selling.
