Borsa Italiana sees substantial increase in turnover (30/08/2024)

(Teleborsa) - Official closing data from Piazza Affari confirmed 0.51 billion securities in the last session, worth 3.07 billion Euros. This represents an increase in turnover of 1,179.7 million Euros, or +62.42%, compared to the previous session which saw 0.4 billion securities, worth 1.89 billion Euros change hands.

Of the 504 shares traded at Milan's stock exchange, 193 closed in negative territory, while 266 booked a gain. The 45 remaining shares were unchanged.
