Borsa Italiana sees substantial increase in turnover (29/08/2024)

(Teleborsa) - Official closing data from Piazza Affari confirmed 0.4 billion securities in the last session, worth 1.89 billion Euros. This represents an increase in turnover of 242.2 million Euros, or +14.7%, compared to the previous session which saw 0.35 billion securities, worth 1.65 billion Euros change hands.

Of the 515 equities that were traded, 302 received purchase orders, while 176 closed at the ask price. The remaining 37 equities were largely stable.
