Borsa Italiana sees substantial increase in turnover (19/12/2024)

(Teleborsa) - Official closing data from Piazza Affari confirmed 1.11 billion securities in the last session, worth 3.14 billion Euros. This represents an increase in turnover of 804.3 million Euros, or +34.5%, compared to the previous session which saw 0.66 billion securities, worth 2.33 billion Euros change hands.

Of the 561 shares traded at Milan's stock exchange, 436 closed in negative territory, while 92 booked a gain. The 33 remaining shares were unchanged.
