Borsa Italiana leads Europe-wide rally

News Image (Teleborsa) - Piazza Affari makes breathtaking gains, but the other European markets are also performing well. On the US market, the S&P-500 is in fairly positive terrain.

EUR / USD trades down -0.25% in a weak session. Gold makes timid gains, progressing by +0.24%. Light Sweet Crude Oil loses a lot of ground, retracing by -0.55% to trade at 82.39 dollars per barrel.

The Spread is at +129 basis points, near the previous day's level, while the ten-year BTP settles at +3.69%.

Among the major European bourses, Frankfurt is essentially healthy, gaining +0.31%, London is modestly up (+0.65%), and Paris attracts bids with a +0.96% rise.

In a strong day for the Milan bourse the FTSE MIB gains +1.05%; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share surges above the previous day's levels to trade at 37,006 points.

The FTSE Italia Mid Cap climbs +0.71%; the FTSE Italia Star is below the flatline, slipping -0.29%.

Iveco (+5.90%), Stellantis (+2.74%), Inwit (+1.78%) and Hera (+1.74%) among the top performers in Milan.

Prysmian sees the heaviest sell-offs, now trading -0.97% lower.

Fincantieri (+4.69%), Webuild (+4.63%), Maire (+2.72%) and BFF Bank (+2.39%) top the ranks of Milan's mid-caps.

Sesa has the worst performance, with a -11.00% down.

Comer Industries suffers losses of 1.98%.

Investors hurry to sell as Carel Industries declines -1.68%.

A sluggish day for Moltiply Group, which drops -1.47%.
