Borsa Italiana heads Euro-pack in bullish session
(Teleborsa) - Fresh buying puts Piazza Affari in pole position, while Europe is also up. On Wall Street, trading remains cautious, with the S&P-500 reporting a -0.16% change.
EUR / USD is essentially stable, finishing at 1.052. Gold trades slightly up at 2,648.2 dollars per ounce. Light Sweet Crude Oil gains +2.74% amid a flurry of buy orders.
The Spread puts on 2 basis points to +119 BPs, with the Italy Government Bond 10-year yield at +3.24%.
Among the European indices, Frankfurt looks composed with modest growth of +0.42%, London performs modestly, showing a moderate +0.56% rise, and resilient Paris registers a small increase of 0.26%.
In Piazza Affari, the FTSE MIB ends the day +1.03% up at 33,829 points, continuing its run after four consecutive rises, which began last Thursday; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share ends the day with an increase of +0.99%.
The FTSE Italia Mid Cap is moderately up (+0.61%); on the same line, the FTSE Italia Star is only just in the black (+0.42%).
Banca Popolare Sondrio (+7.03%), Saipem (+2.83%), Prysmian (+2.09%) and Unicredit (+1.89%) among the best performing blue chips in Piazza Affari.
Nexi sees the heaviest sell-offs, finishing trade -3.79% lower.
Italgas shows a negative session -1.62% down.

ERG is definitely weaker with a -0.98% decrease.
