Borsa Italiana heads Euro-pack in bullish session

News Image (Teleborsa) - Fresh buying puts Piazza Affari in pole position, while Europe is also up. The stars and stripes market is essentially healthy, with the S&P-500 registering a modest gain of 0.27%.

There is no significant change for EUR / USD which, at 1.082, is traded around previous levels. Gold trades up, advancing to 2,385.6 dollars per ounce. Caution prevails in the oil market, with Light Sweet Crude Oil registering a slight decline of -0.03%.

The Spread retreats to +134 basis points, a decline of 5 BPs, while the Italian BTP 10-year yield is +3.85%.

Among the markets of the Old Continent, Frankfurt stands out, progressing +0.77%, London edges higher, showing an increase of 0.45%, and a positive result for Paris, which inches up +0.69%.

The Italian stock market is on the plus side, as the FTSE MIB rises +1.05%; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share gains +0.98% over the previous session, trading at 36,444 points.

The FTSE Italia Mid Cap inches up +0.48%, as the FTSE Italia Star is trading just above the flatline (+0.47%).

Telecom Italia (+4.68%), Saipem (+2.95%), Prysmian (+2.60%) and Azimut (+2.52%) among the best performing blue chips in Piazza Affari.

Campari reports the heaviest losses, currently suffering from a -0.97% down.

Ferragamo (+2.93%), Acea (+2.80%), Moltiply Group (+2.64%) and D'Amico (+2.38%) are among Italy's top mid-cap stocks.

Piaggio reports the heaviest losses, currently suffering from a -4.77% down.

Marr totters along with a modest -1.3% decline.

A sluggish day for Credem, which drops -1.23%.

SOL trades with a small loss of -1.15%.
