EUR / USD is trading negative, having shed -0.7% so far. Gold trades up, advancing to 2,651.1 dollars per ounce. Light Sweet Crude Oil is just below the flatline, with a negative variation of 0%.
The Spread is firmly up, adding 7 basis points to trade at +123 BPs, while the Italian 10-year BTP yield is at +3.58%.
Among the major European bourses, Frankfurt drifts -0.29% lower, London is essentially flat, offering a scant -0.17%, and Paris totters along with a modest -0.43% decline.
Piazza Affari closes on a cautious note, with the FTSE MIB registering a slight loss of -0.29%; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share closes on a downbeat note, at 35,375 points, which is just shy of the previous session's levels.
