All European markets slightly lower

News Image (Teleborsa) - Milan flags in the wake of Europe's major bourses. Meanwhile, the S&P-500 lacks direction on the stars and stripes market.

EUR / USD is essentially stable, finishing at 1.074. Gold is slightly down at 2,324.3 dollars per ounce. Light Sweet Crude Oil is just below the flatline, with a negative variation of -0.28%.

The Spread goes down to +144 basis points, shrinking -5 BPs, while the Italian 10-year BTP yield is at +4.05%.

Among the European markets, Frankfurt trades with a small loss of -0.69%, tottering London dips -0.56%, and Paris is definitely weaker with a -0.3% decrease.

Piazza Affari closes fractionally lower as the FTSE MIB sheds -0.7%; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share comes under sell-off pressure as it closes at 35,661 points.

The FTSE Italia Mid Cap finishes just below the flatline (-0.38%); the FTSE Italia Star inches up +0.22%.

DiaSorin (+3.43%), Stmicroelectronics (+2.33%), Telecom Italia (+2.21%) and Prysmian (+2.08%) top the ranks of Milan's large-caps.

Iveco reports the heaviest losses, ending the session -3.76% down.

Bper plunges -2.54% on intense selling.

Investors are selling as Stellantis records a -2.29% fall.

Brunello Cucinelli shows a negative session -2.08% down.

D'Amico (+4.85%), Moltiply Group (+4.29%), Philogen (+2.97%) and Tinexta (+2.43%) top the ranks of Milan's mid-caps.

GVS has the worst performance, closing -4.50% down.

Troubled SOL falls -3.42%.

Buzzi is down, with a net loss of 3.38%.

Acea is firmly in the red, showing a fall of 1.58%.
