All European markets slightly lower

News Image (Teleborsa) - Milan flags in the wake of Europe's major bourses.

EUR / USD is essentially stable at previous levels, finishing at 1.075. Gold is essentially stable at previous levels, finishing at 2,330.2 dollars per ounce. Oil prices see no significant change, with the Light Sweet Crude Oil settling at 81.42 dollars per barrel, near the previous session's level.

The Spread jumps to +153 basis points, an increase of 5 BPs, with the Italy BTP 10Y yield at +3.94%.

Among the major European bourses, Frankfurt is modestly down, shedding -0.35%, London goes nowhere, reporting a +0.17% change, and investors are selling as Paris records a -0.77% fall.

In Milan, the FTSE MIB trades below the flatline, finishing -0.29% down at 33,220 points; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share is slightly down, ending the session just below the flatline at 35,405 points.

The FTSE Italia Mid Cap ends negative (-0.79%); on the same line, the FTSE Italia Star spirals down (-0.77%).

Iveco (+1.76%), Intesa Sanpaolo (+1.20%), Leonardo (+1.03%) and Banco Bpm (+0.93%) among the best performing blue chips in Piazza Affari.

Stmicroelectronics sees the heaviest sell-offs, finishing trade -4.67% lower.

Telecom Italia shows a negative session -2.22% down.

Troubled Italgas falls -1.86%.

Finecobank is down, with a net loss of 1.85%.

Tinexta (+1.65%), Caltagirone (+1.39%), Juventus (+1.18%) and Intercos (+0.86%) are among Italy's top mid-cap stocks.

Ariston Holding has the worst performance, closing -4.18% down.

MutuiOnline is firmly in the red, showing a fall of 3.67%.

OVS trades negative, losing -2.32%.

Fincantieri plunges -2.22%.
