All European markets slightly lower

News Image (Teleborsa) - Milan flags in the wake of Europe's major bourses.

Caution prevails as EUR / USD continues the session slightly lower (-0.2%). Gold is just below the flatline as it slips -0.3%. A slightly better session for Light Sweet Crude Oil, as it advances to 83.59 dollars per barrel.

The Spread touches +152 basis points, a 3 BPs increase over its previous level, with the Italy BTP 10Y yield at +4.11%.

Among the markets of the Old Continent, Frankfurt declines by a notable -0.72%, London is modestly down, shedding -0.67%, and Paris is struggling, -0.91% down.

Piazza Affari slips fractionally as the FTSE MIB sheds -0.67%; similarly, the FTSE Italia All-Share comes under sell-off pressure as it retreats to 35,673 points.

The FTSE Italia Mid Cap hovers just below the flatline (-0.6%); similarly, the FTSE Italia Star is below the flatline, slipping -0.4%.

Leonardo is Milan's only blue chip to perform significantly well, achieving +2.2%.

Iveco reports the heaviest losses, currently suffering from a -3.95% down.

Stellantis suffers losses of 1.66%.

Investors hurry to sell as Azimut declines -1.61%.

Unipol plunges -1.59% on intense selling.

D'Amico (+0.97%), Caltagirone (+0.69%), Technoprobe (+0.66%) and Mondadori (+0.61%) are among the best performing stocks in the FTSE Italia Mid Cap basket.

Buzzi reports the heaviest losses, currently suffering from a -2.20% down.

Investors are selling as Brembo records a -1.78% fall.

Cementir shows a negative session -1.57% down.

Troubled Sanlorenzo falls -1.56%.
