Zscaler shares slump as full-year outlook disappoints
Shares down 16.5% premarket (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - New York, 04 Sep - Shares in Zscaler slumped in premarket trading after the cybersecurity company provided forecasts that undershot expectations.
The company said it expected fiscal 2025 revenue in a range of 2.60-2.62 billion dollars with adjusted net income of 2.81-2.87 dollars per share.
Analysts were estimating full-year revenue of 2.63 billion dollars and adjusted earnings per share of 3.33.
In its fiscal 2024 fourth quarter, Zscaler's revenue grew 30% on the year to 592.9 million euros while adjusted net income was 140.6 million compared to 100.9 million in the same period a year ago.
At 1245 GMT Zscaler shares were down 16.5%.
