Warren Buffet's Berkshire trims stake in Bank of America

Still biggest shareholder in bank (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - New York, 22 Jul - US investment conglomerate Berkshire Hathaway has cut its stake in Bank of America for the first time since 2019, according to a regulatory filing.

The filing shows the conglomerate, controlled by top shareholder Warren Buffett, sold 33.9 million shares in the bank for nearly 1.5 billion dollars in sales on different days at an average selling price of 43.56 dollars.

Berkshire remains Bank of America's biggest shareholder with a stake of 10.8%.
