Q3 sales 36.4 bln usd, up 2.5% same forex (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - New York, 27 Jun - The US pharmacy chain Walgreens Boots Alliance said that in the third quarter ended May 31, 2024earnings per share totalled 0.40 dollars compared to 0.14 dollars a year-ago quarter which included a non-cash impairment of pharmacy license intangible assets in Boots UK.

Adjusted EPS amounted to 0.63 dollars, down 36.6% on a constant currency basis compared to the year-ago quarter.

Third-quarter sales increased 2.6 percent year on year to 36.4 billion dollars. On a constant currency basis the top line rose 2.5%.
