Deal due to close by year end (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - New York, 24 Jun - The US postal and logistics company UPS said that it has entered into an agreement to sell its Coyote Logistics business unit to RXO for 1.025 billion dollars.

The transaction is expected to close by the end of the year, UPS added.
