Based on valuation of 10.43 eur per share (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Milan, 13 Aug - Italian telecom operator TIM, the trade name for Telecom Italia, said it signed an agreement with Impulse I, a consortium led by private equity group Ardian, for the sale of its remaining 10% in Daphne 3 that owns a 29.9% stake in tower operator Infrastrutture Wireless Italiane (INWIT) for 250 million euros.

The agreement is based on a valuation of INWIT share price of 10.43 euros. The proceeds from the sale are not included in the current 2024 guidance.

The closing of the transaction is subject to certain conditions and is expected to take place in the fourth quarter of 2024.
