Follows completion of sale of Sofinsod for 918 mln eur (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Paris, 23 Aug - French corporate services and catering group Sodexo said it will distribute a special interim dividend of 6.24 euros per share as it completed the sale of its Sofinsod unit to Bellon for 918 million euros.

Sodexo said the sale allowed the "simplification of Sodexo's shareholder structure and the monetization of an illiquid asset." The special interim dividend will be paid on August 29.
