Deal seen completing before end of Q1 (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Sydney, 12 Aug - The Australian metals recycling company Sims said that it has entered into a binding agreement to sell its UK metal business to Unimetals for total after tax cash proceeds of approximately 195 million pounds.

The transaction brings to a conclusion of the strategic review announced on November 22, it added.

The transaction is expected to complete before the end of the first quarter of 2025.
