Reportedly simultaneously moving forward with listing plans (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Paris , 26 Jun - The French pharmaceutical company Sanofi is seeking initial bids for its 20 billion dollar consumer health division while simultaneously moving forward with a potential listing of the business, news agency Bloomberg reported, citing unnamed sources.

Sanofi has asked to receive first-round bids by mid-July, with buyout firm Advent International and France's PAI partners seen as the most interested in the business, these sources told Bloomberg.
