Saipem wins 2 offshore Saudi Arabia contracts worth 500 mln usd

Under existing long-term agreement with Saudi Aramco (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Milan , 15 Jul - Italian energy and infrastructure engineering and construction company Saipem said it has been awarded two offshore projects in Saudia Arabia, under the existing long-term agreement (LTA) with Saudi Aramco, with an overall amount of approximately 500 million dollars.

Specifically, Saipem's scope of work under the first project involves the engineering, procurement, construction and installation (EPCI) of a crude trunkline of approximately 50 kilometers with a diameter of 42 inches for the Abu Safa Field, while the activities related to the second project involve the production maintenance programs of the Berri and Manifa Fields.
