Paul Dalton becomes CEO of CSR (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Paris, 09 Jul - The French building materials company Saint-Gobain said that it has completed the acquistion of the Australian building materials company CSR.

The French company previously said that it was buying CSR for an enterprise value of 2.7 billion euros.

Saint-Gobain added that Julie Coates has decided to step away from her role as managing director and chief executive officer of CSR. She will continue to serve as a member of the newly established CSR board to ensure a smooth and successful transition. Paul Dalton, currently CSR's executive general manager in charge of interior systems, will be appointed CEO.
