Q2 revenue 36.743 bln eur, down 3.9% (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Berlin, 26 Jul - The German automotive group Mercedes-Benz said that in the second quarter net profit fell 15.9% year on year to 3.062 billion euros while earnings per share dropped 11.7% to 2.95 euros.

Revenue fell 3.9% to 36.743 billion euros and EBIT contracted 19.1% to 4.037 billion.

The free cash flow from the industrial business sank 51.6% to 1.629 billion euros.
