Mars reportedly to unveil 30 bln usd deal to buy Kellanova

Reportedly to pay 83.50 usd/shr for Kellanova (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Milan , 14 Aug - The US privately held confectionary company Mars is expected to shortly unveil a nearly 30 billion dollar deal to buy US foodmaker Kellanova, people familiar with the matter told the Wall Street Journal.

Mars is expected to pay 83.50 dollars per share for Kellanova, some of these people told the WSJ.

Kellanova was spun off from Kellogg last year and sells brands including Pringles, Cheez-It, Pop-Tarts, Eggo and MorningStar Farms, as well as some cereals and noodles.
