KKR, CrowdStrike, GoDaddy shares jump on S&P 500 inclusion
To start trading in index on June 24 (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - New York, 10 Jun - Shares in KKR, CrowdStrike Holdings and GoDaddy were all higher in premarket trading after S&P Dow Jones Indices said the stocks will enter the benchmark S&P 500 this month.
The changes will take effect as of June 24.
Inclusion in the large-cap index typically means big index-tracking funds will buy their shares.
The three companies will replace Robert Half, Comerica and Illumina.
At 1223 GMT private equity giant KKR was up 8%, cybersecurity group CrowdStrike was up 5% while internet services provider GoDaddy was up more than 2%.
