EQT unit offers 2,450 pence/share for Keywords Studios (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - London, 03 Jul - The London-listed videogame services Keywords Studios said that it has accepted a 2,450 pence per share bid by Houting UK, a newly formed company wholly-owned by EQT's BPEA Fund VIII.

The acquisition values Keywords Studios at approximately 2.1 billion pounds on a fully diluted basis, and implies an enterprise value of approximately 2.2 billion pounds and a multiple of approximately 15.9 times of adjusted EBITDA for the 12-month period ended December 31, 2023 of 139 million pounds.
