Seeking to restructure debt since defaulting at end 2021 (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Hong Kong, 12 Aug - Trouble Chinese developer Kaisa said that a Hong Kong court adjourned to September 9 a hearing on a petition to seek the liquidation of the company, giving the company more time to reach an agreement with bondholders on its debt restructuring plan.

The company at the end of 2021 has been in talks to restructure some 12 billion US dollars in debt.
