No financial details released (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Milan, 19 Aug - The Italian food company Euricom said that it has reached a binding agreement to buy the Polish company Sonko to bolster its presence in healthy snacks.

Euricom is buying all of Sonko's capital from Oshee Polska.

No financial details were released.

"This acquisition will help us achieve, in the short term, consolidated sales of about 1 billion euros," said Bruno Sempio, the chairman of Euricom.
