Sensex down 0.05% at 79,960 points (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Mumbai, 08 Jul - Indian shares closed little changed amid mixed Asian markets.

Caution prevailed as Mumbai's stocks rose last week for a fifth straight week, their longest winning streak this year.

The BSE Sensex index down 0.05% at 79,960 points while the NSE Nifty slid 0.01% to end at 24,320 points.
