Harbour Energy ups output guidance after 11.2 bln usd deal
Completes acquisition of Wintershall Dea's upstream assets (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - New York, 03 Sep - The UK oil and gas company Harbour Energy said it had revised its guidance for 2024 after completing the 11.2 billion dollar acquisition of Wintershall Dea's upstream assets.
In a statement Harbour Energy said it now targets an output of between 250,000-265,000 barrels of oil-equivalent (boe) a day for the year. This compares with a previous range of 155,000-165,000.
The updated guidance reflects 12 months contribution from Harbour's legacy assets and four months contribution from the target portfolio.
It also updated its unit operating cost guidance to 16-17 dollars per boe from around 18 dollars previously.
"Total capital expenditure, including production and development, exploration and appraisal and decommissioning costs, of around 1.7 billion dollars," it said.
