In talks for debtor-in-possession financing (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - New York, 18 Jun - The US electrical vehicle producter Fisker Group said that it filed for Chapter 11 protection in Delaware on June 17.

"After evaluating all options for our business, we determined that proceeding with a sale of our assets under Chapter 11 is the most viable path forward for the company," it said in a statement.

The company added that it is in advanced talks with financial stakeholders for debtor-in-possession financing.
