Milan's FTSE MIB up 0.23%, London's FTSE 100 up 0.06% (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Milan , 28 Aug - European share prices were higher in early trade in the wake of gains on Wall Street yesterday, as investors globally looked ahead to the release of earnings from AI giant Nvidia later in the day.

On the data front, French consumer confidence rose to 92 in August from 91 in July but remained below the long-term average of 100, according to data released by the statistics office Insee this morning.

At 0715 GMT, London's FTSE 100 was up 0.06% at 8,350.19 points while in Frankfurt the DAX was up 0.25% at 18,745.35 points and in Paris the CAC 40 added 0.31% to 7,589.29 points. Milan's FTSE MIB rose 0.23% to 33,857.00 points while in Madrid the IBEX 35 was up 0.12% at 11,340.00 points.
