European share prices flat to higher in early trade

Frankfurt DAX up 0.11%, Milan's FTSE MIB up 0.47% (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Milan , 29 Aug - European share prices were flat to higher in early trade, after AI giant Nvidia released results that disappointed the most bullish investors.

On the data front, consumer prices in Spain in the month of August rose by 2.2% compared to the year earlier after climbing by 2.8% the previous month, according to preliminary data from statistics institute Ine.

At 0730 GMT, Frankfurt's DAX index rose 0.11% to 18,810.55 points while in London the FTSE 100 added 0.13% to 8,354.80 points and in Paris the CAC 40 added 0.19% to 7,592.22 points. Milan's FTSE MIB rose 0.47% to 34,038.00 points and in Madrid the IBEX 35 advanced 0.23% to 11,358.60 points.
