Europe shares end lower amid central bank, political -2-

(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - New York, 17 Jun - In European stock market dealings, Swiss banking giant UBS rallied 2.15% at 27.50 Swiss francs in Zurich after it announced it will set aside around 900 million dollars to repay investors in Credit Suisse funds that were linked to collapsed supply chain financing firm Greensill Capital.

Dutch lender ING jumped 2.84% at 15.77 euros in Amsterdam after it forecast total income growth of between 4% and 5% per year in 2024-2027.

While shares of the Italian renewable energy developer and operator ERG dipped 4.84% at 23.60 euros in Milan trade, after analysts at Bank of America came out with an "underperform" recommendation on the stock and set a target price of 23 euros per share.
