Offer 4.3 bln usd (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Milan, 20 Aug - The businessman Edgar Bronfman Jr. has submitted a 4.3 billion dollar offer for National Amusements, the company through which Shari Redstone controls his media empire and a minority stake in Paramount Global, according The Wall Street Journal, citing people familiar with the situation.

Bronfman is seeking to scuttle an agreement to merge Paramount Global with David Ellison's production company Skydance Media, the daily added.
