DR Horton Q3 diluted EPS 4.10 usd, up 5%

Q3 revenue 10.0 bln usd, up 2% (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - New York, 18 Jul - The US homebuilder DR Horton said that in third fiscal quarter ended June 30 diluted earnings per share rose 5% to 4.10 dollars from 3.90 dollars a year earlier.

Attributable net income in the third quarter rose 1% to 1.35 billion dollars.

Revenue grew 2% to 10.0 billion dollars.

The company's return on equity was 21.5% for the trailing twelve months ended June 30 and homebuilding return on inventory was 29.5% for the same period.

During the nine months ended June 30, net cash provided by operations was 228.2 million dollars. The consolidated cash balance was 3.0 billion dollars and available capacity on its credit facilities was 2.8 billion, for total liquidity of 5.8 billion. Debt at end June totaled 5.7 billion dollars, with 500 million of senior notes maturing in the next twelve months.

For the full year, DR Horton expects revenue of 36.8-37.2 billion dollars and homes closed by homebuilding operations of 90,000-90,500.
