Sells newly issued shares at 18 pence each (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - London, 11 Jun - Directa Plus, a London-listed producer and supplier of graphene nanoplatelets based products for use in consumer and industrial markets, said that it plans a fundraising to raise gross proceeds of 6.8-6.9 million pounds by the placing newly issued shares of 38,361,106 at a price of 18 pence each.

The placing will be effected by way of an accelerated bookbuild.

Directa Plus said that Nant Capital, its largest shareholder, has entered into a subscription agreement to buy 22,222,222 new ordinary shares as part of the fundraising.
