Musk says his xAI startup to use Dell, SMC as suppliers (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - New York, 20 Jun - Shares in Dell Technologies and Super Micro Computer surged after Elon Musk said the two companies would provide servers to help his artificial intelligence startup xAI develop a supercomputer.

"To be precise, Dell is assembling half of the racks that are going into the supercomputer that xAI is building," Musk said in a post on X, the social platform he controls.

Dell jumped 7.4% in early trading while Super Micro Computer was up 8.7%.
