To join by April 1, 2025 (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - London, 01 Jul - The UK speciality chemicals company Croda International said that its board has appointed Stephen Oxley as chief financial officer and executive director. Oxley, a qualified accountant, is currently CFO of Johnson Matthey, a UK specialty chemicals and sustainable technologies company.

"Stephen brings valuable experience in strategy setting and execution, enhancing business performance, transformation and corporate transactions," the company said.

Oxley will join Croda no later than April 1, 2025 following a notice period. Anthony Fitzpatrick, president for strategy, corporate development & industrial specialties, has been appointed interim Chief CFO. Fitzpatrick joined Croda and the executive committee in 2014 having previously spent more than 20 years in global investment banking.
