Costain declared an interim dividend payment of 0.4 pence, unchanged from last year and announced a 10 million on-market share buyback.

It backed its full year guidance and said that it was on track to deliver an adjusted operating margin run-rate of 3.5% during the course of 2024 and 4.5% in 2025, in line with our ambition to deliver margins in excess of 5.0%.
