Shanghai Composite up 0.04% (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Shanghai, 26 Aug - Chinese share prices ended little changed, with real estate stocks and energy stocks outperforming.

On the monetary policy front, the People's Bank of China (PBOC) said that it has maintained the rate on its one-year policy loans, or the medium-term lending facility (MLF), at 2.3%.

The rate was cut by 0.20 percentage points in July.

The PBOC injected 300 billion yuan worth of MLF loans at 2.30%. Additionally. It injected another 471 billion yuan via seven-day reverse repos, keeping borrowing costs steady at 1.70%.

The Shanghai Composite rose 0.04% to close at 2,855.32 points and the Shenzhen CSI 300 fell 0.089% to 3,324.22 points.
