Sees FY 2025 adj EPS growth of 1-4% (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - New York, 29 Aug - US food company Campbell Soup said that in the fiscal 2024 fourth quarter ended July 28 it posted a loss per share of 0.01 dollars compared to earnings per share (EPS) of 0.57 dollars in the same period a year ago.

Adjusted EPS increased 26% to 0.63 dollars.

Campbell completed the acquisition of Sovos Brands on March 12, 2024.

Revenue in the three months was 2.293 billion dollars, up 11% on a reported basis and comparable to the prior year's 2.068 billion on an organic basis.

EBIT in the period decreased to 77 million dollars from 272 million. Adjusted EBIT increased 36% to 329 million dollars including the impact of the Sovos Brands acquisition.

For fiscal 2025 the company said it expects net sales growth in the range of 9-11% and adjusted EPS growth of 1-4% .
