Has until July 1 to make an offer (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - London, 04 Jun - The investment company Brookfield Asset Management said that it is studying the possibility of a bid for Tritax EuroBox (EBOX), a London-listed company that invests in Continental European logistics real estate assets "Brookfield confirms it is in the early stages of assessing a possible cash offer for the entire issued, and to be issued, share capital of EBOX. Accordingly, there can be no certainty that any offer for the company will be made nor as to the terms of any such offer," Brookfield said in a statement.

Under UK market rules, Brookfield has to announce by 5.00 pm London time on July 1 whether it will make a bid for Tritax EuroBox.
