Crude oil futures down 59 cents at 85.95 usd/barrel (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - London, 08 Jul - Brent futures were slightly lower as they steadied after posting strong gains in June.

Oil prices hovered near their highest levels in seven weeks.

At 1108 GMT, crude oil futures were down 59 cents at 85.95 dollars a barrel.
