Crude oil futures up 10 cents at 76.15 usd/barrel (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - London , 22 Aug - Brent futures were little changed, after falling in recent sessions amid concerns about demand from China and the perception of easing geopolitical risks.

At 0918 GMT, crude oil futures were up 10 cents, or 0.12%, at 76.15 dollars.
