Offers 6,060 yen per share (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Tokyo, 18 Jun - The Japanese digital comic distributor Infocom said that it has accepted a 275.8 billion yen (1.6 billion euro) offer from the US investment firm Blackstone.

Blackstone is offering 6,060 yen per Infocom share.

Infocom's parent Teijin separately said it will sell all its 58% stake in Infocom.
