Record assets under management of 1.1 trln usd (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - New York, 18 Jul - Blackstone said its distributable earnings in the second quarter rose 3% from the same period a year ago to 1.252 billion dollars.

The fund giant said its distributable earnings per share in the period was 0.96 dollars from 0.93 a year ago. That was below an analyst consensus of 0.98 dollars.

Blackstone said total assets under management in the three months rose 7% to a record 1.1 trillion dollars and announced a dividend of 0.82 dollars per share for the period.
