Improves offer by 0.01 usd/shr (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - London, 03 Jun - The US investment company Blackstone, through Lyra Bidco, has improved its recommended bid for Hipgnosis Songs Fund, a UK company that manages song catalogues, to 1.31 dollars in cash from 1.30 dollars, according to a statement.

The offer values Hipgnosis at approximately 1.584 billion dollars.
