Sees FY25 home completions 13,000-13,500 (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - London, 10 Jul - The UK homebuilder Barratt Developments said that in the full year ended June 30 adjusted profit before tax is anticipated to be "slightly ahead" of its previous expectations.

Total home completions are at the upper end of its guidance range for the full year at 14,004, down from 17,206 a year earlier, including 536 from joint ventures, down from 828.

The company had a net cash position of about 865 million pounds, down from 1.069 billion a year earlier.

In the current full year, Barratt expects total home completions of 13,000-13,500, including about 600 completions from joint ventures.
