Offers 17.17 usd/shr (Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Montreal, 12 Aug - The Canadian lender Bank of Nova Scotia said that it has agreed to buy a 14.9% stake in the US based financial services company KeyCorp for 2.8 billion US dollars.

Bank of Nova Scotia will pay 17.17 dollars a share for the stake.

The Canadian bank will first buy a 4.9% stake then a 10% stake.
